Spike Fellows @ Gersh

The Spike Fellows Program was created based on the principle that access plus exposure will create opportunities.

The inaugural class of Fellows will consist of five graduating students from the following historically Black colleges and universities: Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College.

The Fellows are selected by an esteemed panel including Lee, university leadership and Gersh management.

The fellowship consists of $25,000 academic debt relief, senior level industry mentorship, post graduate summer internships and full-time employment upon completion, all provided by Gersh.

Gersh Gives is a comprehensive philanthropic initiative, supporting high-impact nonprofit organizations that drive meaningful and sustainable social change.
By fostering collaboration and strategic partnerships, Gersh Gives amplifies the work of its partners to build a more equitable future in the wider entertainment industry.
